A company is like a Tree. From the root to the leaf each part of a tree has its own different and very specific responsibility, which doesn't depend on the size of the tree.
We should not compare a banyan tree with a coffee plant. The reason and the way they serve this planet are totally different.
There are chances that the big trees can be toppled in high winds, which may not be able to destroy the small ones, but during the flood the scenario may change.
The very important person in this story is Gardener, who always takes care of the plants. Gardener only does things which are good for the plants. Starting from sowing the seeds, watering, spraying medicines, cleaning, cutting, until decorating them. The only aim is to make a 3 leaved plant into a big tree, with full of green leaves, strong long root and an unbreakable stem.
A new tree may start growing from any part of the Mother tree. It can be seeds, branches, leaves, even from roots.
Sometime, gardener cuts the branches or roots, for better growth of the plant. Sometime it happens for some other reasons. But, that does not kill the mother tree. It survives with new fresh leaves and branches. It also does not mean that the broken part will be destroyed. It always tries to revive with a new identity, in a different weather and environment.

But, the broken part can never forget from where it learned to be alive, how to be patient during the summer, how to navigate in high wind, even how to enjoy the monsoon.
